Returns and Exchanges - If you order something and you just don't like it for ANY reason within 14 days of your date of delivery ship it back for an exchange or refund. Please read the following carefully.

1. For the health and safety of our employees No returns of worn items will be accepted. We understand that upon receiving your merchandise your first thought is to try it on to see if it fits before preparing yourself for that special moment or vacation. We encourage this. Please wear a liner on any outfit that has a panty bottom, or wear panties unders the product. We believe that you share our safety and health concerns and will take the time to try on your special outfit/s carefully. We are very appreciative of this. Our understanding of the term "worn" is that it has obviously been "used". This includes items that have been "washed". Any items returned to us in worn or washed condition will be discarded and no refund issued. If you are like most people out there and have taken the time to be careful and safe with the product then we are very pleased to accept your return or exchange.

2. NO REFUNDS on shipping as that is a SERVICE and not a product. Since shipping costs cannot be refunded to us by USPS then they cannot be refunded to our customers either. Please note that it is your responsibility to ensure that we receive your exchange/return. We would recommend to send your exchange/return with delivery confirmation or any other protection service. We are not responsible for Carrier Loss.

3. SALE POLICY: Sale prices are valid within Sale week only. Sale items are shipped out upon stock availability. It might take up to 2-3 days to fill your order depending on the print or color. NO MATCHING PRICES from previous or future purchases.NO exchanges between Sale week items and non Sale week items. Exchanges are excepted only between the same category. All exchanges and Returns are sent at your expense with delivery confirmation or any other protection in delivery service. Include a check or money order for $5.00 for shipping and handling to send exchanges back to you. NO refunds after 10 days of delivery.

How To Return an Item - Mail the product back to us in its entirety with all labeling and packaging intact within 7 days of receiving it. Enclose the original packing slip or a note telling us who it is from, along with your address and phone number. Please do not send us a return with no note or packing slip. We will have no idea whom it is from. Please note that it is your responsibility to ensure that we receive your return or exchange. We would recommend that you send your exchange or return with delivery confirmation. We are not responsible for Carrier loss. No returns or exchanges will be processed until we receive the product in unworn condition. All returns are processed in a timely manner and PayPal, Credit Card refunds and Company checks will be issued within 7 to 30 days depending on order backlog. If you have not received your refund within 30 days after our receiving the product please email us immeadiately to request the status of the refund.

How To Exchange an Item - Mail the product back to us in its entirety with all labeling and packaging intact. Enclose the original packing slip or a note telling us who it is from, along with your address and phone number. With an exchange please indicate in the note which item/s you desire exchanged and for what size, etc,. Enclose a check for $5.00 to ship your exchange back. Please do not send us an exchange with no note or packing slip. We will have no idea whom it is from or what you want. Please note that it is your responsibility to ensure that we receive your exchange. We would recommend to send your exchange with delivery confirmation. We are not responsible for Carrier Loss. No exchanges will be processed until we receive the product in unworn condition.

Notice to Foreign Customers - Because of the expensive cost of shipping products to foreign nations the same shipping rules apply on exchanges. There is a $14.00 shipping charge up to 4 items and an additional $2.50 charge for each 2 items over 4. You can pay this charge by sending Sunset Swimwear the amount via paypal. Our paypal account is sunsetswimwear@yahoo.com. If you have any questions at all about this procedure please email us as no exchanges will be shipped without the necessary shipping charges paid.

# Most returns are processed within 2-5 business days. The only delay might be a temporarily out-of-stock item for an exchange. In that case you would be emailed to find out if you would prefer to wait an additional day or two or to receive a refund.

Worn Returns and Safety - If you are concerned that you might receive an exchanged or returned item and are worried about the quality or safety of your item. Do not be! All returned product is carefully inspected, then vacumed and UV sterilized before being repacked and sent to one of our photographers for use. No returned product is sent to a customer.

PRIVACY POLICY - Our privacy policy is incredibly simple. We will NEVER under any circumstances release any information you provide us or that is provided to us concerning you to a third party. NEVER! You may occasionally receive an email from us concerning current extreme sales. We do this approximately twice a year. Your information is 100% safe with Suntan Swimwear.
